6. The controller processes personal data that you have provided to him or personal data that the controller has obtained based on the fulfilment of your order.

7. The controller processes your identification and contact data and data necessary for the performance of the contract.

III The Legal Reason and Purpose of Personal Data Processing

  1. The legal reason for personal data processing is
    • performance of the contract between you and the controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR
    • the legitimate interest of the controller in the provision of direct marketing (in particular for sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
    • your consent to processing for the purpose of providing direct marketing ( in particular for sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in connection with Section 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services in the event that no goods or services have been ordered.     • right to rectify personal data in accordance with Article 16 GDPR and, where appropriate, restrictions on processing as referred to in Article 18 GDPR.

    2. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to the protection of personal data has been violated.

    4. The controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organisation measures to safeguard personal data.

    5. The controller has taken technical measures to secure data repositories and personal data repositories in paper form.

    6. The controller declares that only authorised persons hace acess to the personal data.

VII Final Provisions

  1. 1. By submitting your order from the online order form, you acknowledge that you are familiar with the privacy policy and that you accept it in its entirety.
  2. 2. You agree to these terms and conditions by ticking your consent via the online form. By ticking your consent, you acknowledge that you are familiar with and accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.
  3. 3. The controller is authorised to change these terms. The new version of the Privacy Policy will be published on its website and the same time, the new version of the Privacy Policy will be sent to you to the e-mail adress you provided to the controller.

There terms and conditions shall take effect on 13 August 2021.
